Good to know

Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

What is Leggero?

Leggero is our own brand. We choose the frame and the parts (Shimano gears, Schwalbe or Continental tyres, Zoom or IIIPro brakes on most models) and sell, set up and service every Leggero ourselves. See the range.

Are you an official Java distributor?

Yes. Jackbikesg is an authorised Java Bikes distributor and retailer in Singapore, so the Java Neo 3 and J-Air bikes we sell come through official channels at official prices, not parallel imports.

Can I see the bike before I buy?

Of course. Most models are ready stock in Singapore. WhatsApp us the model and colour you’re interested in and we’ll have it ready at the showroom. Self-collection is available too.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes. Send us your current bike’s model and condition on WhatsApp and we’ll give you a trade-in offer towards your next foldie.

What warranty and after-sales support do I get?

New bikes come with a 1-year warranty (terms can vary by brand, so ask us about your model), plus after-sales support, spare parts and servicing from our team.

Found a lower price elsewhere?

Let us know. We price-match the bikes we carry, so show us the offer and we’ll match it.

Can I bring a folding bike on the MRT and buses?

Yes. Under LTA rules, foldable bicycles are allowed on trains and buses as long as they’re folded and no larger than 120 × 70 × 40 cm. Keep the bike folded inside stations and interchanges, and wrap the wheels if they’re dirty or wet.

Do you sell parts and upgrades?

Yes, including carbon wheelsets for the Java Neo 3 (16″ and 20″), titanium H-stems and racks for Brompton-style bikes, and parts and accessories for Java, Brompton, 3Sixty, Crius, Fnhon, Dahon, Ruhm, LiDrop and Aceoffix. Message us with what you need.
