Being new to folding bikes, I contacted Jacky for advice. He had been very patient guiding me on what I should look out for based on my needs. Eventually, we bought a pair of Leggero A9 Premium for my wife and myself. Indeed this model comes with premium quality parts, yet the price they offered was unbelievably affordable. … We are surprised that his after sales service is better than before sales.

Was looking around for trifold bikes for me and the wifey, and compared everything from Bromptons to 3sixtys and more. Finally settled on the Leggero A9s. … Jack was very patient with us and it was a really pleasant experience. We think the bikes are very worthwhile with the right mix of parts that strike a balance between weight and functionality.

I purchased a Java Neo 3 for my son. A test bike was available for us to try before the purchase, and the owner provided clear, honest explanations of the bike’s pros and cons. He also took time to compare it with other trifold options, which helped us make an informed decision. The service was prompt, and the bike offers great value for money.

Jack, the owner, was super friendly and took the time to explain the differences between the bikes. He also patiently showed me how to fold and unfold my trifold bike as I'm a newbie. I'd highly recommend JackBikeSG!

I took their 16 inch Leggero for a test ride and was pleased with the experience. … I purchased a Leggero Chameleon Blue 16 inch 7 Speed Trifold bike, took it for a spin during the weekend and rode for about 65km. … They have a wide range of foldable bikes (titanium, aluminum and stainless steel) that can fit your budget. They also do custom builds.

I had some issues with my bike’s electronic derailleur shifter. I went to the shop where Jack re-tuned the bike’s EDS to my satisfaction, and he was kind enough to waive his fees.

Jackie recommended what is suitable for me based on my 2 choices. It's more on suitability than a sale. I would recommend doing some homework, arranging with Jackie and then heading down there.

We went down to their shop near closing time, but they were really cool with it and gave us no pressure as we deliberated over the different models. Jack and his father were very ready to share their recommendations and advice.
